We provide a global vision of the health sector, offering services that integrate the entire value chain, including all the actors in the sector, as well as knowledge of strategy and organizational management. We work on the definition of the clinical pathways and the agents that intervene in the Patient Value Journey, on the identification of the KPIs of results and processes, as well as on the analysis of the data to optimize the processes and maximize the creation of value.

PATIENT ACTIVATION

In addition, we work on the activation of the patient and caregivers, deepening education, co-responsibility and activation; management of care plans in each phase of the clinical process; management of the dispensing of prescribed medications and adherence to treatment and follow-up and motivation of the patient for adherence to pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
