IncareHeart Project

We are pleased to share that the consortium in which we are involved in collaboration with IZERTIS, Instituto Pedro Nunes, humanITcare, Alfonso Valle and Sferanet  has been selected to complete the first phase of the INCAREHEART pre-commercial procurement , an innovative European software platform designed to optimise the follow-up and management of heart failure patients and clinical processes in 5 European countries.
